Problem getting the hobbyist account validated

Hello, I've tried to transform my old student account to a hobbyist account, since i still like to design and 3D-print stuff at home. Without luck. 
I also tried creating a new hobbyist account, without luck. When i open Fusion360, there is just a time left in the top bar. I have tried reinstalling Fusion360 as well. Any help is appriciated! Thanks!

Hi,

If the EDU license expires, you will automatically enter a 30-day trial period.
Only when you see the message "Subscription expired Read only", proceed as in the image series.
