Problem extruding text

I am trying to extrude text and, generally, seems to work but there are certain words that won't extrude and I get an error "Tool Body Creation Failed"  

For example, BRUNO, CRISTOPHER, NAME all work but MY DOG and MYDOG (no space) will not work

Any suggestions?
