I tried reinstalling the program several times and it didn't help. I deleted the program using the Fusion utility.

Did you update the driver of your graphics display card to the latest version?

Thanks,

Steven

Updating the graphics card driver helped to remove only the OpenGL-related error. When logging into the program, an error is still issued.

@toretto_88 , thanks for reporting! I'd like to confirm with you on below things to understand the problem.

  • Do you mean after installing the latest Fusion 360 build, it can't be launched anymore?
  • Are you running on a Win8.1 OS?
  • It seems Fusion can be started with one reinstallation, but failed to launch later even with reinstallation.
  • Have you tried with Reset Fusion 360 provided by the Service Utility?
  • Can you help use the Service Utility to collect your System info and share with us?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Ove...

Thanks for your support!

Regards,

-Lisa

Besides Lisa's questions, from the log file, the crash happens when Fusion tried to launch login dialog. Can you have a try to login with other Autodesk product such as Autodesk Desktop App, then launch Fusion 360?

Thanks,

Steven

Good afternoon! I tried to use the utility. I did the repair first, then the reset. The situation has not changed. The error still crashes.

Installed 3ds max 2016 has not been used for a long time, the license has expired. But the program runs without errors.
