Reinstalling the video card driver did not solve the problem
Thanks for reporting this issue. This is a known issue and I'm asking the development team to take a look again.
Thanks,
Steven
Reinstalling the program solved the problem. Thanks! I'll be waiting for an answer.
I tried reinstalling the program several times and it didn't help. I deleted the program using the Fusion utility.
Will there be a solution to the problem? I have projects pending.
Did you update the driver of your graphics display card to the latest version?
Thanks,
Steven
Yes. I have updated the drivers for the graphics card
Updating the graphics card driver helped to remove only the OpenGL-related error. When logging into the program, an error is still issued.
OC Windows 8.1. The problems started after the last update, it broke everything.
Will there be any advice on solving the problem?
@toretto_88 , thanks for reporting! I'd like to confirm with you on below things to understand the problem.
Thanks for your support!
Regards,
-Lisa
Besides Lisa's questions, from the log file, the crash happens when Fusion tried to launch login dialog. Can you have a try to login with other Autodesk product such as Autodesk Desktop App, then launch Fusion 360?
Thanks,
Steven
Good afternoon! I tried to use the utility. I did the repair first, then the reset. The situation has not changed. The error still crashes.
Installed 3ds max 2016 has not been used for a long time, the license has expired. But the program runs without errors.
Files that cause a failure and an error is issued
Yes I work on Windows 8.1 OC. After the update, the program stopped running.
