Print Memory Error

I have been using Fusion 360 for years but a new problem has suddenly appeared. When I try to print a drawing, after a few seconds my Mac (Macbook Pro M1, latest software update) says it is out of application memory then Fusion 360 hangs and eventually closes and nothing is sent to the printer. I have reinstalled F360 but the same thing continues to happen. Help? I usually printed things before by exporting to PDF then printing so I'm not sure if I would have encountered this error in the past but I am awaiting verification of my teaching status to get the Educational license and can't export to PDF so my models from the last few days are sitting there with no way to get them on paper.

Hi @avi.sato

Please can you try clearing your cache to see if this resolves the problem?

It may also be useful if you could send us your diagnostic logs to have a look at too.

I'm also experiencing this same issue. I think the error may have started with he latest OS update. I'm using the free version of Fusion 360 for personal use, so I don't have an option to export to PDF first before printing. I cleared my cache and that did not fix the issue. I've sent in my crash report to fusion 360 via my email address when this has happened.

Please advise.

Hi @mmeewes

Please can you send me your template file to have a look at? The team has had one other report of an old F2T file on Mac with a similar issue and are currently investigating this.

You can attach the F2T file here, or if it is sensitive, feel free to send it directly to me Clint. Brown {a} Autodesk. com

Sorry I didn’t respond, I must have my notifications silenced because I didn’t get one when you responded twice, otherwise I would have uploaded it for you. I’m happy to say though, that the issue has been resolved
