Post process is automatically updating to the new post processer. In the past I can go into the preferences - preview and revert to the old post processer however this has been removed. I've attempted to use the new post processer but when completed and returned to the main screen a new tab has appeared NC Program with a warning symbol against it, this tab was never there when using the older post processer. I am not comfortable or prepared to run the program on the CNC machine with a program which could cause damage to it. How do I go back to the old version of the post processer? I have contacted support and had a call back but they have told me they are unable to help and I need to post on this forum. I am losing money every hour I am unable to use my machine. If it isn't broke then don't fix it! The old program I knew how to use I was comfortable using it and never had any issues. I appreciate some people like new updates and have a good knowledge of programming so can easily deal with these updates but I am old school and I was prefertly happy with the way it was.

The old post process dialog has been permanently removed, much to many users dismay.

When you mouse over the warning, what does the warning say?

Hello seth

I've had 2 I accidentally deleted one in my frustration but I believe it said no NC program set up and the other states "work offset has not been specified. using G54 as WCS" this means nothing to me and I am so busy at work I really do not have time spending hours educating myself on learning new tasks. Why change it? If it isn't broke why fix it???? the old processor works prefect for me it was quick and easy to use and helped me do my work today has just been a nightmare!

I see you posted on the thread that's been "stickied". The "why" was laid out in that thread.

The "work offset has not been specified" is a heads-up that "hey, you've not told Fusion what work offset to use, so we took the liberty of assigning G54". If the warning bothers you, just assign a "1" in the work offset field of the Setup

What does WCS mean. I've never had to do anything in setup other than the first tab "setup". Fusion360 was setup by an external engineer who recommended it. I've never had to do any changes. since the day i started using it.

I've just changed it to "1" and run the post processor I now get a tick in circle next to the NC program which is good however I now get a red line on one of my tool paths not the blue of the other 2 tools. I have never had a red tool path before

Can I be sure all the setting in the post processor are the same as before? for example sequence number increments - start sequence etc. As I cannot now go back to the older version I have no way of checking like for like.
