pocket with islands won't finish walls

Hi folks, I cant get fusion to finish all the ways with at finish pass. I tried selecting the floor alone, all the profiles and island profiles, tried quite a bit. any help? thanx for looking

Well, this is certainly worthy of investigation. It seems that regardless what I select or how I define my settings, I can't get it to finish anywhere near the .310" diameter.

As an annoying workaround, you can use 3D Pocket Clearing, but turn on "Radial Stock to Leave" and then come back in with a 2D Contour finishing toolpath

you always there to keep me from looking like a goofball thanx my man.....I couldn't get to work either. we do a lot of 2d in here and I see a lot of this. I did work around to using 2 horizontals paths. one rough leaving stock and and a finish for the floors and the walls. id like to see them put a finish option in the horizontal.  this actually was a good find. the horizontal worked better because of the different depths. but also because we found a bug and they can fix it for later. im sooooo done with Vero software

There's a bunch of work being done to improve on Horizontal, but I'm not sure if Wall Finishing is part of it. I'll touch base with a dev at some point and see if that's in the cards..

The work being done will not immediately yield wall finishing, but it's not something that's totally impossible on a more long term scale.
