Please Help - Fusion Crashing upon load - White Screen - Logs Attached

Hi all,

I'm lost on this one. I've been using fusion for the better part of a year now, and all of a sudden it crashes when I try to open it. The initial Fusion 360 splash screen shows, then it attempts to load, but goes to a white screen. When I click on it, it will sometimes stay white, or turn black, and gives the "Not responding" dialogue box.

Steps taken so far:

  • Restarted PC
  • Installed latest graphics card drivers
  • Ran CCleaner
  • Uninstalled Fusion/reinstalled
  • Performed all options under "Modify" in uninstall windows app
    • Repair
    • Reset
    • Network Test
    • Gather System Info

Short of going to another software option or reinstalling windows, I'm out of ideas and hoping someone can make some sense of the logs I have attached.

PC Hardware:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700, 8 Core/16 Thread
  • MB: EVGA Strix x470f Gaming
  • GPU: EVGA 3080 FTW3 LHR
  • PSU: ASUS THOR 850W Platinum
  • RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
  • Monitor: Samsung Odyssey G9 49" Super Ultra Wide
  • HDD (Primary): SK Hynix Platinum 2TB SSD (7k Read/Write)
  • HDD (Secondary): Adata 1TB SSD (5k Read/Write)
  • HDD (addtl 1): Samsung 840 Evo SSD 250GB
  • HDD (mass storage): Seagate 5TB Spindle HDD
  •

No Hardware or software changes were made prior to the issue. Fusion has been working perfectly on this setup for many months.

Thanks to anyone that can help or provide guidance!

Best,

Chris

This line is in the WindowsApps.log.  You will need to look in the Security and Maintenance control panel as it is not included with the data you sent, as far as I can tell.
