Please help - default grid unaligned in Fusion 360

This happened today after an update I think in one of the files I'm working on - but the problem has seeped out of it and into Fusion 360's default behavior!

Below is a brand new file, where I've made a sketch that is 5mm wide. On the sketch grid, it lines up perfectly. On the layout grid as you can see, it 'sticks out' by 5mm. 

-This is on Orthogonal view, not perspective

-3D Sketch has been disabled

-Layout Grid is set to fixed, 5mm spacing with 10 subdivisions

-This is a fresh install of Fusion 360, I've done factory reset on settings and reset it / removed the cache

-This is done on a blank, new document. All other documents and files now have the same off by 0.0005 error on their grids

Please help! While I can work with the sketch grids, this is absolutely driving me mad due to my OCD :(((
