plane reference lost NO ERROR

If a tangent plane loses its reference plane there is no warning. I'm lucking I caught it as this caused the sketch to invert and reverse a wrap. Can Autodesk add this to the list of critical bugs? I need to know what is broken to fix it.

can you share this design here, and point out the error?  We cannot fix anything without a way to reproduce the problem you are experiencing.

I am unable to share customer designs here.

It may have been my issue, and too much freedom in fusion. It is possible to create tangent planes without selecting a reference plane. This seems to be what I did. When I saved as a version the sketch on that plane inverted without any errors. I don't think this should be possible. It may be that a tangent plan should always need a reference plan.
