Personal use 360 fails to log in after 3 yrs use

My personal use 360 fails to log in after 3 yrs use.  Tried all the usual things uninstall, reinstall (numerous times), using the utility to repair, reset, check of network, check of graphic card.

I do get a flash screen showing that 360 is starting.   That disappears after 3 or 4 seconds when 360 icon appears on task bar.  Then no further activity takes place.  No error messages apparent.

I am on Win 64/10, 4 gb ram, 2 core.  Has the 'Personal Use' of Fusion 360 been discontinued?   I have had no warning to renew my license.      Appreciate any help.

I’ve only been using Fusion360 for about 3 months, but I am having the exact same issue as of yesterday. Last successfully log in was Sunday. Nothing changed on my system, except I had a power outage while logged in Sunday night. Everything else on my computer works fine/normally.

I spent an hour or so with support logged into my computer yesterday and they couldn’t figure it out. We did all of the things that you have suggested as well.

Please update this post if you figure this out. I have a feeling that this is going to be a weird one. Probably something specific to our setups that isn’t effecting a lot of users.

Also, create a support ticket if you haven’t already. Good luck!

Anthony,

See this thread:

I deleted the Fusion 360 folder in the registry as suggested here, and mine is working again!

Hope this helps.

Ended up wiping the pc and reloading Windows and a few apps.   Quite time consuming.  OK now.
