Personal License Legality of Open Source and Liability

I've designed a drone frame in Fusion and I'm wondering if it would be legal for me to make it open source(I.E. put it on Github) and if I would be legally liable if someone else were to manufacture and sell the frame, assuming I explicitly state that it is not to be sold.

This isn't likely the best place to ask that, once it leaves 'our house' its up to you and whatever platform you place it on for limiting sales etc.

I asked here because it's regarding the Autodesk License. I do not plan to profit off the design. Github can't limit sales because there are none. All I'm wondering is if I can be responsible for someone else manufacturing and selling my design. I plan to explicitly state against it.

This is all hypothetical and so long as you yourself do not violate the terms of a personal subscription you should not be held liable. However, you could be if its not provable it was someone else who sold and manufactured it. Though i'd say this isn't very likely if you cover your bases and its clearly not you who is hypothetically selling products made from your designs.

I'm currently also trying to understand if Fusion 360 under the free and/or educational license is compatible with open source licenses that don't restrict usage in anyway (GPL, BSD, CC-BY-SA without NC...), and I'm still not quite sure.

So to ask directly: Commercial use of designs made under the personal and/or education license agreement of Fusion 360 is allowed, as long as it's not the original creator/person that's doing so? I assume commercial usage by the designer/Fusion-licensee would be disallowed either way, even if the design is under an open-source license?
Or do designs made under either license need to always be released under a non-commercial license?

"I'm currently seeking clarification on the compatibility of Fusion 360, under the free and/or educational license, with open-source licenses that have no usage restrictions (such as GPL, BSD, CC-BY-SA without NC). However, I'm still unsure about this matter.

To put it directly: Can designs created under the personal and/or educational license agreement of Fusion 360 be used commercially, as long as it's not the original creator/person doing so? My understanding is that commercial usage by the designer or Fusion-licensee would likely be prohibited, even if the design is under an open-source license. Alternatively, is it necessary for designs created under either license to always be released under a non-commercial license?"
