Personal license is not renewed

Hello.

I went through the personal license renewal flow (got the page "Download Fusion 360 or relogin" in the end) some days ago.

Tried relogin multiple times, but in Fusion it still says the license expires today.

Please help.

Hi @shuDSV6M

Can you try to claim a license on the website using another browser on another computer/tablet? This fixed the issue for other users within this community.

Thank you.

The thing is that subscription process is complete, but in Fusion 360 I don't see the change.

Could you please go through some of those steps to see if it helps?

Thank you!

I tried all of the applicable steps (e.g. Autodesk Desktop App is only for Windows, and I have a Mac) and it didn't help.

Also in my Autodesk Account I don't see any active products or past orders, no trials, history is empty (I've been using Fusion 360 since 2019).

Maybe the sign in state credentials have been damaged, try the following:

  1. Close any instance of Fusion 360.
  2. Browse to and delete the following folders:
    • macOS: Mac HD\Users\<PROFILE>\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Web Services
  3. Restart Fusion 360 and sign in.

Thank you for suggestion.

I have actually tried sequentially - repairing, resetting Fusion data and reinstalling (per the document above).

Tried deleting the \Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Web Services - same result, "Expires today"

Last this I would suggest is to Contact Support for assistance.
