Personal hub conflict with Home tab

My understanding is that the Home tab is not available with a Personal Hub. I have both a Personal Hub and a Team Hub. How do I log out of my personal hub while maintaining access to the Team? How do I switch between them? (selecting between hubs in dropdown top left does not enable Home tab)

Yes, I have moved all of my files to a Team. How do I deactivate my Personal Hub?

You did not read the first line of Message #17.  It says once you have moved all your files, your Personal Hub must be removed by an Autodesk technician.  This has to be request through Support.
