Personal edition -10 doc limit reached but cannot change documents from editable

today I got the dreaded 10 Editable documents open, mange editable documents or upgrade.

Clicked Manage Editable Documents and got the panel with a list of docs.

I could find no button to change any of them from editable, as all blog and support documents and videos suggest.

So I deleted some.

Now I still get the "Limit Reached" and when I click on Mnage Editable Documents, the pane is empty - no results. But the message persists that I have 10.

So currently I cannot do anything because i cannot save it.

I have no idea whether I have editable documents or not as I am warned I have if I try to save, but the list is empty.

I cannnot change any dpocuments because there is no State Switcher.

Anyone come across this?

Is there a solution or do I have to just move to another CAD package?

Sorry to hear this is an issue.

Can you please provide a screenshot that shows this view?

In the week between asking the question and this response, a YouTube channel creator has resolved my issue in a few hours.

What was the issue/solution? I'd love to get this fixed for all the other customers who might face it, but I need your help.

The final post in the thread I had on YouTube was:

So I installed on another PC and checked version - the same version was downloaded so I installed.
Went to login and got the message about suspending the session on my other computer, so did that.
Opened F360 and got some popups about using F360, even though I am not new to using it. THEN I got a message saying Editable Document limits are now in force (never got that on the other computer, just the warning I had reached the limit.
(This one was showing how to use the State Switcher)
Carried on and logged in and there were no documents in my editable list. Clicked on the editable doc counter at the top of the browser pane and it said 0 of 10 editable documents used! This is what I should get, thought I.
Logged out of F360 and closed the app. Went upstairs to the other PC, logged out of F360 and closed the app. Re-logged-in and got the same two popups as if I have never used F360, the same popup about editable documents limit with the State Switch instructions.
Clicked OK - no editable documents (which was the case yesterday but I still wasn't allowed to edit anything and no State Switch buttons)
However, opening any project, all its files now have the State Switch button! Weird. Very bizarre. But it is now working.
I had logged out, closed the app and re-logged in and got none of the warnings and no state switch, no editable docs but 10 of 10 used. Today doing the same thing fixed the issue. The only difference is that I opened F360 on another PC in between.
