Personal account renewal doesn't work

  • I've tried renewing my personal contract after a year of usage and whatever I do Fusion 360 says that my license is expired. I've tried reinstalling the program, signing out and back in multiple times... Nothing seems to work.

Please help

Please attach your autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log file so the forum can see what issues you are having.  If you do not see this file after trying to install, use this website article to guide to help you find it.  Once you have it, use the Attachments section on a forum reply to share it.
