I wrote it in french beacause it is faster for me to copy it from another french support.

here is the solution in case of same pb for everybody ....

Translate with google in case of need :

Encore merci

Moderator note: auto translated:

In fact, I answer myself to share the solution in case I need to share it with others ....

I had the hotline (a certain Jimmy A.) who has been very patient and collaborative and I thank him for that ....

Here's what we did in front of the a little bit weird observation.

We have

- Removed the current install of Fusion.

- do a clean cleanup of Fusion (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/fr/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/FR...)

- reinstalled the latest version from the site ("Manage Products and Downloads" in the autodesk web console ...)

It was long but it was good ....

so I can reopen my projects from everywhere ...

Thanks again

Doesn't work on my construction machine in spite of cleaning, deleting and probably losing a whole mountain of files. B... autodesk.
2-week old Fusion360 won't update and won't reinstall, in spite of hours cleaning etc. The install operation gets to 96%-97%, then rolls back to, say, 94% and tries again. I have tried to follow the fault instructions but no luck. (Who pays for the ca. 10 hours to date wasted on this?) Any further ideas? Thanks in advance.

Let's start from the beginning.

Can you start a new thread discussion?

Q1. What are your system specs?
