Hello everyone. I created a model yesterday and attempted to pattern a few features. For whatever reason, the latest update of Fusion reviewed to properly preview the pattern before clicking OK on the dialog box. More importantly, it appeared to be patterning features I didn't select. I've been able to recreate the issue and posted a screencast of the problem (also attached my test file). Anyone else experience this issue?

Your pattern preview is being caused by the "odd" way your modeled the cutout. In the Screencast, I pointed this out. This issue can easily be avoided by modeling in a way that does not include "extra" surfaces as I demonstrated in the video.

Hi John - thanks for the response. Yes, the sketch progression was not optimal and I did end up changing it. Though I'm still not seeing how the sketch affects the preview. In the past, the Fusion rendered a 'full' preview of the new features while the pattern properties were being set. At some point, the preview stopped rendering a full preview and went with this 'light' rendering, which I personally find rather useless. Regardless, I still feel like the preview render should be accurate relative to the features being patterned, regardless of the sketch or sketch geometry. Again, I'm patterning features, not sketches. I can accept your 'solution' but it still seems like a bug to me. Maybe I just don't get how Fusion is previewing the solid geometry vs sketch geometry.
Thanks again!
