I recently started using Fusion with a new company before they created a computer log in for me. So I've been using it under a co-workers log in on his desktop. Now that I have my own log in I am trying to use it on my own desktop and the account and password that were set up for me weeks ago have long been forgotten. The user name/email address is correct but I cannot seem to get anywhere re-setting the password.

When I hit "forgot password" it says email has been sent.....there's NO email! I can still log in under my co-workers desktop and in fact I am still signed in to Fusion, hence question #1 Is this the problem, I can only be signed once? I'm afraid to log out and not be able to use it at all.

I can go into Fusion right now on his desktop and go to my profile and security settings and try to change my password but the old password is required in to do so....if I knew the old password I wouldn't need to freaking change it! Can anyone please help guide me through this dilemma?

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I am sorry to hear that! We can help you get this fixed however. Do you mind sending me a private message with your email address/username that you use for Fusion?

Thanks,
