Parts4Cad does not work.

I've read and tried a number of fixes identified on the forums here.  No luck still. After identifying NLauncher as  the application to run, nothing happens.  After clearing the file extension association I received the window to use NLauncher again but still nothing happens.  Tried it with Fusion 360 open and closed.  A second Fusion 360 never opened (One fix was to close duplicate apps). I removed the NLauncher file from C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Synergy" and no luck as well.  I used Firefox, Edge, and Chrome with the same result.  Any other ideas? The only thing it has done is reduce my ticket count. Think I've lost 10 tickets already just trying various things to get this to work. Someone mentioned downloading manually but no mention of how to do that via Parts4CAD or external source. I'll double check the vendor site to see if I can get them manually.

Any help  would be greatly appreciated!

If you cannot get the Parts4CAD Fusion 360 application working within Fusion 360, you can use the web-based version to download your components as your choice of neutral CAD formats.  It may not be as nice as the built in version but it does give you accessibility.   As I indicate in the Screencast, you log-in using as you would with the application and your do have to time/quantity limit as you normally would.  In my Screencast, I used STEP format but you can choose what you download.  The link to the website is here.

Thanks for the quick reply.  When I select insert a manufacture part it directs me to https://autodesk-fusion.partcommunity.com/3d-cad-models?cwid=2636.  I've only been trying to add from that website. Insert from McMaster-Carr works good directly in Fusion360.  I tried the B2B site you provided. That at least allows me to download directly in the browser without the NLauncher issue.  Thanks for your help!
