Partial loss of files sync between F360 client and cloud

Hi folks,

I'm encountering a strange issue where F360 claims there are files (10) that needs to be saved when I exit the program. It stays at 0/10 and never exits. Progress bar don't move. It seems that the client wishes to save ghosted files.

I have cleared the cache numerous times and even made a clean reinstall of F360, nothing helps.

Saving the current open file is no problem however. I can't find any other suspicious behavior but I worry about data loss when I must click "Quit now" to exit the program.

This started a few days ago when I saved a copy of a design (save as...) with the history marker in a rolled back state. The red dot stayed on after closing the file. I was not able to delete the file as F360 claimed it was in use. I finally managed to delete the file via the browser interface but the F360 client still thinks it has unsaved open files to upload.

How do I fix this?

Best regards

/Thom
