Part Search Error

Hello,

Upon trying to search for a past model and program, on multiple occasions instead of finding the part or even running a search, I receive this drop down with various lines of code. The only way to rectify this issue is to restart fusion, which when having multiple files open it can become cumbersome. I'm assuming this is some sort of bug because there is no rhyme or reason for why this happens.

Hi @KneubaeckerS7UG4 ,

I'm sorry to see that you are running into this issue. The next time it happens, could you please collect the diagnostic logs and post them here or send them to saket dot satta at autodesk.com? It will help us to diagnose the problem.

Here are instructions on collecting log files: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

Hi All,

We might have found a workaround for this issue while we work on a full fix. If you use the down arrow next to the search entry field and select 'All Data', and then run that search, it should initialize the system so that subsequent project searches work as expected. Unfortunately this workaround would need to be triggered once a day, but if it works for you please let us know so we can confirm that what we are planning to change will fix this fully.

This workaround is functional until a full fix is made. Thank you!
