Part List Table only shows top components. How to set up the list to show selected subcomponents?

For an assembly drawing, I have to list all components. The three of the components is quite complex as shown in the screenshot at the end of the post.

Usually, I put screws into the component where they are mounted. Or the motor has some subcomponents like a worm gear. Sometimes subcomponents are hidden because they are not included in every version and shouldn't be listed on the part list.

Is there a way to create a part list with all selected subcomponents and top-level components? Or better a list only with the unhidden components of all levels.

I hope there is a way because it is not worth it to have a subscription for an add-in for 3 or 4 sublists per year.

Thank You!
