Part ballons keep disassociating from the model after August 2022 update

I have found that the part ballons do not correctly associate with the model if manually inserted on a drawing, they also disassociate if the ballons are moved.

I appreciate that fusion is a complex piece of software, but come on Autodesk, how about giving the drafting package a bit of love.  As it currently stands, it is barely usable in a production environment.
