Parameter formula for variable dimensions and auto dimensioning pattern layout

I am working on building a simple tool to auto generate cabinets that is driven by parameters. I have modeled a cabinet with dimmed parameters so I can simply type in the dimension and it auto resizes the width and height of all of the attached parts. I am now laying in shelves and want them to space evenly inside the walls, but I don't know of a formula that can auto space in relation to the changing distance between the top and bottom dimensions. Does anyone know of a formula that could automatically adjust the distance when I change the height? I'm assuming it is some ratio and my brain just can't wrap around the right structure for the equation right now.

So I have parameters established for the height and width of the assembly. I want to be able to change the height and the shelves automatically space evenly in accordance with the new dimension.

I figured it out. It was as simple as typing in the parameter name and adding a division for the value of the number of separations between the number of shelves.
