Parallel from Top down instead of Bottom up?

I have a part that needs a parallel on each side going in the Y-Axis on my machine.  The "right" side always starts at the bottom and climbs up.  This plunges the ball mill into the material and does a deep full radius cut to start.  Is there a way to get it to start at the top of the material and work its way down?

You have 2 options that control direction for parallel. One is the pass direction, if you add 180° you'll start the other end. Direction will allow you to set climb\conventional milling direction.
