Panning and orbiting stops working with Wacom Intuos 5

I have a Wacom Intuos 5 and am trying to get orbit and pan to work with the Wacom mouse. It will work for a few minutes when I first open fusion but will ultimately stop working. Orbit and Pan still work with the trackpad on my laptop. 

Has anyone else run into this problem? Any solutions?
