Paid for Subscription but stuck in an expired trial

My trial for Fusion360 expired so I decided to take advantage of the current discount. Paid for the package and have the receipt but still stuck in the expired trial mode. I'm on a Mac if that is relevant at all. 

 

Needless to say this is very frustrating and I'd like to get started on some projects. I've reinstalled several times but still have the same issue. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
