Origin graph when editing sketch

It seems that after a recent update, several things have changed when editing a sketch.  The appearance of a origin graphic, see picture, seems to have been added.  How do I turn this off?  It gets in the way when trying to set a point the graphic is covering.

Disable 3D sketch from the Sketch Palette to the right of the screen.
