Orbit and simulate with machine changed

My orbit used to be at the bottom of the screen in the center.  Any way to get it back?

Trying to simulate with machine in manufacture, it used to be at the bottom center of screen as well.  Simulate now brings up a giant menu with no "play" button anymore.  How do you actually watch your tool path?

You seem to indicate your Navigation panel is missing.  Check the settings shown in the video, I hope it helps.
