Hi,

Please can someone kindly advise? I'm still very new to Fusion 360, but accessing the tools ok. However, when I want to create a 'New Project', I always get the 'Operation Failed' message. Please can someone help!

Thanks,

JRC

Hi @crjmail1_0 ,

Restart Fusion 360 and see if you can create a Project. Make sure you are on latest Fusion 360 build 2.0.10027.

Login to A360, go to your Team Hub and try to create a New Project, Let me know what happens.

Hi there, thanks for replying so quickly.

I still get failed operation message, even after logging out and back in
again.

I got this;

Active Plan: Fusion 360, Subscription
Windows 10 (19041)

Thanks,

Julian.

@crjmail1_0 ,

Did you try "Login to A360, go to your Team Hub and try to create a New Project"?

Hi,

Please can you advise?

It still says Operation Failed.

I work alone, not in a team with Fusion 360...so why A360??

Thanks,
