opening DWG in Fusion

When I upload dwg files to Fusion I don't get a status window  but a green bar in the lower left corner shows it was uploaded. Most video I have watched show and open icon in the status window  to open the dwg file. If i click on the clock icon and click on status a window appears that shows the file I uploaded and completed in the status column but there us no open button. If I double click on the file in the data panel it takes me to the fusion site where I can open the file and view it. If i click on work on desk top it opens it up on my computer in ACAD instead of in Fusion. How can I open the dwg in Fusion?

What license do you have? You need a commercial or educational license to import DWG files.
