Open from computer / Export not working

For the past week I've not been able to open from computer or export files. This is affecting one of my workstations only and I am able to perform both functions on all others.

 

The functions are not greyed out. I do not receive an error message when I try. Right clicking in the design tree and exporting also does not work. Simply nothing happens when I try. No file pop-up appears.

have you ever used Fusion on multiple monitors on the machine where this does not work?  Sometimes the dialog gets lost, and thinks it is on another monitor.  Try Reset To Default Layout:
