Open File window shows server time vs local time

When I choose Open from the File menu, the displayed files show what I believe is the server time rather than my local time.

ie. The most recent file shows 'Last Updated' as '17:09:52 today' but it is only 09:23 at this moment where I am.

Thanks for the report, @robert8WJZ8. The dialog is supposed to inherit the OS time formatting and UTC offset. It looks like the formatting is not quite correct on the Mac client. We will investigate further.
