Offset value is in reality the double of what's displayed

Hey ! 

I'm either missing something very obvious or I rely on your light to understand this :

I create a circle with a diameter of 10mm

I offset this circle by 0.2mm

The actual diameter of the circle is 9.6 while the offset displayed is 0.2 (cf screen)

Any idea ? Thanks !

F**** I messed up some basic geometry here. Thanks @g-andresen for confirming that my understanding was the issue 🙂
