Offline startup

Sometime i work out of office with my laptop, without internet connection. I still want to make sketches of simple solids of things i measure on existing machines, so interfacing later will be no problem

However you need to be online first, select offline otherwise it takes aprox 30 minutes !! to startup fusion.

Is there a way to tell fusion out front to be using offline mode ??

As this article states the answer is probably NO to starting Fusion 360 in offline mode or without the internet.
