OBJ Import/Export Dimensioning Wrong (100x)

In Fusion 360, when Exporting in .OBJ, and Importing to Blender (App), the Dimensions are wrong by a factor of 100x.
For example, Exporting a Fusion360 10mm .OBJ, will Import into Blender as a 1000mm .OBJ.

I am unsure of which program is at fault. Please investigate.

How are you exporting the OBJ file? If you export from the cloud it will export as 1 CM but the file will have no unit info (OBJ are unitless) so will be 1 unit square and up to the receiving program to scale. If you right click on the body in the browser and export (Save As Mesh) the OBJ will be saved using the current units and scale so again the file's unitless but the cube will be 10 units square.

You can check all this by inserting the file back into Fusion. Don't know why Blender would be scaling the part up that much, something to ask on a Blender forum. I know if I open mesh files from Fusion in Rhino 3d files from the cloud are in CM and files exported using Save As Mesh will be saved using the current document units.
