You attached log file indicates that the upgrade could not complete due to the fact that is could not remove a lot of required files so it could update.  This could indicate a user permission problem but I also se that your are using an User Account named Administrator.  Normally an administrator account would have all necessary rights.

This lead me to my next thought.  Another main reason the upgrade application can not remove files is that they are in use.  I know Fusion 360 is normally running during the download process and your restart it to upgrade the files.  Is it possible that you had a second instance of Fusion 360 running but just did not notice it?  This would account for the files being unable to be removed and updated.  I would close all applications, restart your computer then run Fusion 360 just once and see if the upgrade works.

Hi.

To add to John's really good answer.

Is there an option to choose if to update Fusion 360 or not? I'm not aware of any way to do it, other than going offline.

Hello John,

Thanks for the information,

I checked following the instructions, but still not able to update.

While i was using fusion to open a file in my team, the fusion said i am in an older version and does not match with new version of the file.not able to update. Then the software crush and close accidentally.

I have also attached info in the attachment.

Regards,

Miranda
