Not able to shift from an expired startup license to a free personal license

My startup license expired last year and I realised that I did not have enough projects to justify the investment for a commercial license this year. Hence I'm trying to move back to a personal license. However, it wouldn't let me do that. The attached video shows what is happening. How do I resolve this? 

 

EDIT: This is resolved now. I reinstalled the software and it's working now.
