No save option with mcmaster carr

Hi all,

Trying to use the mcmaster-carr insert. I go to solid > insert >mcmaster-carr component. Then I locate any common screw, click on the part number. I see this:

and then click product details. I get the page below with no "save" option and Download (next to 3-D Step) does nothing. Same for any other part. I've made sure I'm logged into MC in case that was an issue but no go. What am I missing?

Thanks,

Charlie

There is no Save function in the process.  What you do is Download it into your Fusion 360 model and it is save from there.  In your first screen capture, you somehow missed this step.  I took a picture of your screen capture and marked the Download icon.  By the way 3D STEP is the best format to download.

That's what I thought. But as I mentioned "download" also does nothing.
