No "What's new" update notification

While Fusion was restarting after an update and the UI was still just a white canvas (i.e. not yet loaded) there was a brief glimpse of a "Fusion was update, see What's new" notification bubble. Then the app was unresponsive for a while, then the UI was loaded completely and the app is functional. But now the update completed notification is nowhere to be found.

This may explain why recently people have been taken by surprise by app changes, such as the new Mesh workspace. The what's new link should be promoted after every update so that everyone gets a chance to see what the new features are.

Of course you can always click somewhere once you know that you should click. The point is that updates should not be allowed to go by without notification post install. I may not notice that an update was downloaded, I may not expect an update to happen. Yet I start Fusion and things are slightly different and I don't know why.
