No projects can be opened from the data panel

I have two classes of students that are unable to open their projects from the data panel. Neither can I. We used to be able to do this but not anymore. The projects show up on the data panel but when I double click on them, nothing happens. I have tried to hit enter and that doesn't work. There is no open option when I right click on it.

@tschnitter Can you login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login and access the designs? Do you see them in there?
Also, please direct message me your email ID so that I can check in our backend.

@tschnitter

1. Can you please direct message me your email ID used to register for Fusion? I want to check something in our back end.

2. Please shut down Fusion - go to add/remove programs and select Fusion - Modify. This will launch the service utility. Run the reset Fusion option and start Fusion and login again. Does that help?

@tschnitter Is it possible to share a screen shot of your data panel with the projects listed?

In the backend I see that all the projects in your hub are all archived. I want to make sure that the projects you are seeing is the one I am seeing at the back end. If you cannot post that snapshot in a common thread please do direct message me.

@tschnitter Than you for the image. So you cannot access the IED and the CIM projects?

Can you please invite the below email IDs into those projects?

I couldn't invite from the people tab because the project won't open so I did it from the online window that I attached.

Hi @tschnitter , Have you assigned any roles to

raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com

geethapriya.shetty@autodesk.com

If not, can you please select/click on the rows and assign the role? ( Here is link to help video which demonstrates how role can be assigned to the user. You can skip to 2minutes to see this workflow in video

@tschnitter Thank you for the invite. I am in your hub and do see the project. When I click on the project I see folders with likely student names. I can go in to many of these folders and open the design successful on my side.

I assume you are not even able to go into the project to see the folders?
Can you also confirm which version of Fusion you are on?

@tschnitter ,

Similar to what Rajkumar mentioned, I was able to see the project in Datapanel.

Can you please ask your IT Admin to verify the port, domain, proxy server and firewall settings?

  1. Ports and domains required by Fusion 360
  2. How to configure proxy server and firewall settings for Fusion 360
