Can you please export your Fusion file with a Setup and toolpath attempts?
File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply
What's the expected result; use the 11mm tool to clear out the tool slots in the part?
Right. But what I'm asking is: Are you looking for that tool to machine those slots, with a toolpath that is shown in the above image?
Works with a 9mm cutter. Is there no way to use an 11.5 cutter?
But I also changed the slot
Still didn't answer my question, so I'll assume the answer is "yes, I want that slot to be machined with that toolpath shown in your image"

And your settings should be:
1) Compensation Radius Allowance set to .1
2) Lead distance and radius set to .1
3) Vertical Lead turned off (optional)
