It seems that up until about a year ago you were able to migrate your student account to a personal use account. This is no longer possible. Maybe because they stopped automatically putting your account on a free trial after your education license expires?
When I contacted support about this, they suggested I use a new email. I migrated my account to my main email in preparation for my student account running out (and the previous email being deleted by my college). I am not going to maintain a second email just for autodesk, especially if I intend to pay for the service down the road. Furthermore, I would need to migrate all of my previous work to the new account. Is there a fix for this I am not aware of? Can I request a fix?
