No Fusion360 update notification emails

Hi All,

Last August was my last  time I received a Fusion360 update release notification email. I'm subscribed with my email address and get Fusion360 status notifications, but not the ones that come out to say the new version has been released.

This is problematic because I manage the software on our school computers but do not use the software myself. It's only when pupils find they can't open the work they created at home that I discover an update is available.

I've spoken to one of the teaching staff and they have the same issue - they are also subscribed to Fusion360 notifications but only receive the status alert emails.

Can anyone help?

Hi, I'm still not getting notifications of new releases. Please can this be resolved? I keep getting emails from teachers every few weeks saying their pupils can't use Fusion360 on the school computers because their home version is updated.
