Hi all,

in my turnaround Fusion 360, I'm now dealing with new projects; I can't make a new project clicking on "New Project" button. Is that a limitation of the trial?

Thanks a lot

Regards

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting! We apologize that you have been experiencing this issue in which you are unable to create a new project in Fusion 360.

Have you tried creating a new project both through the Data Panel and through the "New Design" option in the File menu?

Has your trial period expired, or are you still within the 30-day window?

This should not be a limitation of the trial, but we often see these issues when your account information needs to be updated. Have you checked your Autodesk account for any messages about your account? Please have a look and let me know if you are still unable create new projects - I am happy to continue troubleshooting!

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Hi Paul,

New design works, but I would be a new project... Are you saying that the two commands are the same thing?

I don't know if the trial has expired, Mike Prom allow me to use sheet metal as beta tester... I hope to be yet active.

I've not messages from the profile.

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for the response! To clarify, New Project and New Design are slightly different commands - New Project will create a new project folder automatically, while New Design will simply open a new Fusion 360 design.

It doesn't look like your trial period has expired - thank you for attaching the screenshot. I would begin troubleshooting by working through this article, they may allow you to address any account issues you may not have received a message about. Please give that article a shot and let me know how it goes - I'm happy to continue troubleshooting!

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions!
