New Project Operation Failed Usage Limits Exceeded for New Education License User

Anonymous
Not applicable

When "New Project" button clicked and new project name is entered, an "Operation Failed" message appears followed by an "Usage Limits Exceeded" message. I am a New Education License User trying to follow a set of tutorial videos created by Autodesk. I read the problem boards and don't have any idea what the "Hubs" that are referenced are. Primarily, because it appears I can't get to them without paying for a subscription. I also can't use there support system because I am not an administrator. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

You do not need a Hub but you do need to have, at least a personal team.  Take a look at the Screencast and see if you have a check mark by a team, making you a part of it.  If you do not have a team, use the icon to create one.  After creation, go back and make sure you select the team so you are working in it.  This should eliminate your issue.  In my Screencast, you will see Single-user Storage.  This has been phased out, I only have it since I have been on Fusion 360 long enough that they did not have teams when I started.  I have since migrated to the team that is checked and have access to another team that is not checked.
