Have upgraded my computer from a windows machine to a new MacMini M2 Pro.  Attempting to complete my current project but my model will not open with the "It may not have been synced correctly" error.  I have uninstalled Fusion and re-installed and same issue?

@jfkeating @It’s most likely that you are not on the latest version of Fusion. The file you are trying to open likely saved in a newer version than what you are on.

1. Within Fusion go to help- check for update. This should give you an upgrade path.

2. If for any reason that does not work, go to launchpad - Fusion service utility- repair Fusion.

One of the above should take you to the latest version 2.0. 18477

Hi
The check for update suggested I had the latest version, I went through the “repair fusion” option in the utility but the file still won’t open? Same sync error?

@jfkeating Thank you for attaching the design. I a confirm that on your windows machine you have updated to our insider build which is on a higher schema and higher version that what you installed on you Mac. Hence are you not able to open a newer schema on an older version.

Can you confirm that version you have on your windows? Do you remember signing up for the Insider?

Yes, I do remember signing up for the Insider. I have removed the Windows instillation so I can’t check now. Can I install the “Insider” version on my MacMini?

Hi Rajkumar

I have attempted to install the Insider version of Fusion to my new MacMini to get in sync with my previous saved datasets.  I completed a uninstall of my production version using the service utility then went to the insider Fusion download page and downloaded the "Insider downloader". Upon execution It has come up with an error saying Apple cannot check it for malicious software (image attached).  Do I need a different downloader for my Mac mini?

@jfkeating This was due to an Apple notary issue that was addressed by Apple a couple of days back. The package is fully notarized by Apple at this time.

Hi Ragkumar

Apple might have some regional issues with their "notarization", I am down here in Australia.  I needed to go to "Privacy and Security" and approve the opening of the file.  I did have "App Store and approved developer" ticked?  It is all working now with the insider build installed, Thanks for your help.
