New insert fastener command not working

I just installed the newest version of Fusion, when trying out the new "insert fastener" command, it doesn't work; it is under the Insert menu, but looks greyed out and shows the tooltip from the previously hovered command, in my case either from the canvas command or the insert svg command. When clicked nothing happens...

You need to have the timeline enabled to use this feature. To enable your timeline (Design History), right click on the browser header and select "Capture Design History"

It works when I switch from personal cloud storage to a team though, but stops working when switching back to personal

Oh, and yeah, you need to be on a Team Hub for it to work as well.

@seth.madoretime line is enabled, always:-) Just switching all my projects to team, just found out configurations only work with team as well.

Tried, very buggy, I haven't got my files organized in a way that solution likes, so it fails.....
