new gaming laptop do not run fusion360

I worked with Fusion 360 by my surface till now, today I bought a new gaming laptop, and it did not lunch the Fusion 360 and I received this error: 

There was an error while logging in to Fusion 360.
Follow this Support Article for possible solutions to this login issue.

 

I turned off the firewall and antivirus but it did not work.

the internet is the same as the one I use on my surface.

1. The obvious first question, "What are the system specs."

 

2. Does this mean the same browser?  If yes, what browser?

Does this mean you are using Browser version of Fusion 360 rather than local install?

What license type do you have?

cpu:i7-12700h

gpu: geforce RTX 3060

memory: 16gb

windows 11

I used both Google chrome and Microsoft edge for downloading and using for stsrting fusion 360 but by both of them it did not start

So it sounds like you are attempting to install locally, not run browser version.

Where are you downloading (provide link)?

Do you have the file Fusion 360 Client Downloader *.exe on somewhere on your machine?

If yes, what happens when you double click on this exe to download and install? (show screenshots Shift Win S and Ctrl v into a Reply here)

 

If it installs - what do you see next? (show screenshots)

I download it from the below link:

 

https://autodesk.ca/en/products/fusion-360/personal

then I received the following file in my download folder: Fusion 360 Client Downloader

then I clicked on it and finally I receive this error:

I bought Fusion 360 approx one week ago and my membership is for one year

Unfortunately, no one cared about my problem in this forum,  So I contacted directly to the support center.

The vast majority of helping hands here on the Forum are customers. We don't have the means to evaluate such circumstance. It isn't for lack of care though 😉
