network issues and updating

Hello,

I have Fusion installed in a school lab. It was not updating automatically so I would have to reinstall each individual computer copy whenever an update happened. IT tried to fix that and now it seems to work but Fusion will not sync with the cloud. The projects tab does not mirror my Fusion cloud drive. I can open a file in the cloud and force it to open in Fusion. I can edit it but no saves can be done. I get a server verification warning that says it can't validate a security certificate. Please help! My IT is completely lost and has no idea how to fix it.

I get the exact same issue and have been waiting for an update myself to my own threads about it.

Does your error look like these?

Yes I get that error. My IT department allowed another address through the web filter and I think it may have fixed it.

Can you ask them for the address they used?

I am trying to use Wireshark and Smoothwall web filtering to see whether I can track any blocks and so far am coming up short.

I added the above into our GLOBAL ALLOWED policy and the update has progressed and is now installing without any errors.
